Bob's business passions are helping consultants become successful, and facilitating groups to define and achieve their goals. He's been called a "Consultant's Consultant" and a "Black Belt Facilitator". He is a trusted advisor to consultants seeking to launch or improve their consulting practice.
He started his consulting business in 1992, and serves a wide variety of clients. He guides consultants, businesses, non-profits, and professional organizations to develop strategies for success. - Consulting Business Boot Camps: Bob designs, recruits experts, and conducts boot camps for start-up and experienced consultants. Participants learn with energy and enthusiasm. After the Boot Camp, if they wish to keep learning and sustain their momentum, Bob offers his "Consultants Accelerator", through which he coaches and educates consultants. Bob produces and directs continually improved Boot Camps with high marks from the participants. The Boot Camps are presented by the Rochester Professional Consultants Network (RPCN), a non-profit organization dedicated to the success of it's members.
- Start-up Electronic Hearing-Protection Device company: Bob developed a Comprehensive Strategy; acquired an Angel Investor; and expedited Vendor Prototype Delivery.
